If any charges appear the client will be informed, as an invoice will be sent when the total amount reaches $30 or above.

To give you an example:

  • 5GB storage is approximately 9000 images.
  • If your technicians attach 1 image per report, they will have to send ~= 9000 reports to reach out the quota. If you have 1800 images above the quota is ~= 1GB, which will cost you $0.10 a month.
  • In addition, you will be able to delete images for reports that are too old(before a specific date) and clear some storage.
