After you have created a new pool or used the Reset visits button, you will have an empty form helping you to plan all visits to that pool for the season.
Button(1*) is to select when the pool should be visited for opening. Once you assign a date it will check in the system how many openings are planned for this date already and if with the new one is more then the maximum set in the App settings will show a warning message.
Button(2*) is same as (1*) but for closing the pool.
With button First visit(3*) you have to select when it will be the first visit to that pool after the opening. The system will check if the maximum number of visits for that day are reached and will show a warning message.
From the dropdown field(4*) you have to select how frequently that pool will be visited. You have options as Weekly, BiWeekly and Single.
If you select the repeat option Single, you will be able to add just the first date and then will have to add the other visits manually. Typical for pools that just want opening for example and then to call you only when they need a visit.
The Count field(5*) is to indicate how many visits want to be planned upfront.
Then you can use the Week days(7*) row to indicate which days of the week want to be visited. You may want to visit that pool multiple times per week, just have to select which days in the week that should happen. Once the First visit date is selected and accepted, the day of week for that day will be preselected for you and the only way to unselect it is to change the First date.
With button GO(6*) the system will calculate all visits according to the selected First date, repeated option, count of visits and selected week days.
After any change you must click the Save button to make sure it is saved in the system.
