Here you can customize the look of all applications according to your company.
First column will show you your company code(1*) that each user must enter on the first app start to link the app with your company. This code is not editable and is created by Pool Soft.
You can change what will be the company name, slogan, currency, phone and email contacts.
Also if your company has its own terms and conditions or privacy policy you can set the links here.
In the second column you can edit the colors.
Primary color(2*) is the color used for the toolbar, headers, menu, login screen background and others.
Accent color(3*) is the color used to accent text and buttons which are above views with Primary color(2*) background, like the menu items.
Accent color 2(4*) is the color that will be used to accent text and buttons which are above views with white background.
The checkbox Bright Toolbar(5*) will affect the mobile applications to have dark icons on bright toolbar or white on dark toolbar. Toolbar is the row on top of the screen on your phone where the clock, battery and notifications are.

Here you can add some functional settings of the app.
In first column Visits count(1*) you can set the maximum allowed visits per day. These values are used when you add a new visit, opening or closing for a pool. Each company knows how many openings, closing or visits it can handle per day with its staff and can adjust it.
The idea is when you plan seasonal visits to make sure all visits are spread equally per days and there is no day when you have to open 15 pools, while you can handle only 10.
Second column Emails(2*) lets you set emails that will be updated when a specific event happens.
The emails for exports can be overridden from the app, because before doing an export the app is asking you to which email to send the report. If you have set an email for it here it will be populated for you, but you can always write another email, for example the technician’s email whose payrolls are exported.
“Email for reports” will receive an email after each report is created by a technician. It has the report itself and the technician who did it.
“Email for alerted reports” is a specific email, it will receive an email only if the technician doing the report has checked the checkbox “Alert Management”. This way it is easier to notice reports that need to be processed by the management. It has the same email as for the regular report.
“Email for schedules” will receive emails on each created, updated or deleted schedule. It has the schedule, previous schedule if it has one and the Admin who did it.
The third column(3*) is for your Map box key.
Every company has to create its own key and use it.
Without a key you can not see the schedules on the map or use any map functionality.
Also you need the key to find GPS coordinates of an address and for the Service app to let technicians find the optimized route for the daily schedule.
You need to go to https://www.mapbox.com/ and signup. After the registration a map box key is created for you. You need to copy it and paste in the form(3*).
Your key has some free quota on how many maps, geocodings and route calculations to do. You will need to add a credit card to use this services above the free quota.
Please make sure that you click the Save button to apply new changes.
The Versioning tab is just indicating what are current versions of the apps and the minimum supported version.
This information is static, unless you are a premium client and has its own applications instead of Pool Soft apps. In that case you can change the versions from here and apply a release message for the latest version that will be shown to the users when he starts an older version.
